Mr. Verma is having more than 27 years of experience of Insurance Industry. Before Pioneering the concept of TPA , he was under employment of National Insurance. Having a wide range of experience in policy making and marketing, he understands consumer expectations and demands thoroughly. He is the driving force behind innovations in TPA industry at E Meditek

Anil is a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

He has worked in organizations such as Onicra Credit Rating Company where he was heading the Business Transformation, New Products and Technology functions. Prior to this, he was working with Aviva Life Insurance in India for nearly 6 years where he was Associate Director for the Strategic Initiatives and Business Change function. He has also served as head of the investment banking vertical at Perot Systems. As Investment Banking Unit Head was responsible for supporting the sales function for all investment banking activities as well as overall delivery responsibility for all investment banking projects.

Anil also worked in Citibank NA for a period of nearly 4 years in various roles in the World Wide securities services group of the bank. Prior to this he worked for around 15 months with Reliance Industries in Mumbai in their corporate finance group and treasury. He has also worked for a period of 2 years in ICI India limited in their Rubber Chemicals Division. He was responsible for managing the Pilot Plant in the company.

He has extensive experience in Sales and Relationship Management, Business transformation and Strategy, Programme Management and Technology.

His earlier Strategic roles included setting up one of the leading Low cost Airlines in India. Market share Enhancement through clear statistical Data analysis is one of DP’s core strength along with Cost Control, and implementation of Strategic Spend Control processes. With his clear analytical mind, he also used to manage large IT Infrastructure and internal software development projects at InterGlobe group. ERP solutions implementation across the multi divisional organization, Conceptualizing & implementing IT Processes, clear focus on DRP are also some of his other key competencies. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from University of Wales (UK). He has a varied exposure & experience in Corporate Strategic planning for all new Initiatives within Inter Globe Group, including Airport Ground Handling, Fine Dining Restaurants, Low Cost Airline & Budget Hotels. DP also has expertise in Finance Organization Restructuring, controlling the Change Management issues through training and implementation of Strategic objectives of large organizations. One of his key focuses was cost rationalization across the group. He was also Group FP&A of InterGlobe during his overall tenure with InterGlobe.

Has also been an ISO auditor, as a subject matter expert. Dr Singh has par excellence medical knowledge with clinical experience which has been ably amalgamated with his insurance qualification and years of relevant TPA industry experience.

 

He is also a Fellow member of Insurance Institute of India. Before starting his journey with E Meditek he was associated with New India Assurance Company Limited.
